Prior to joining Aracea Women's Care, Dr. Beman was director of robotic surgery at Minnesota Gynecology and Surgery in Minneapolis. She is also a national lecturer and physician instructor on the subjects of advanced laparoscopic, robotic, and hysteroscopic techniques such as laparoscopic hysterectomy and laparoscopic myomectomy.

Dr. Beman completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Michigan. A Minnesota native, she received her medical degree from the University of Minnesota and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of St. Thomas.

Dr. Beman is an advocate for women's health. She takes pride in her ability to provide women with more treatment options and offers the latest in medical technology. Joining Aracea Women's Care affords the opportunity for Dr. Beman to give individualized attention, education, and treatment to her patients in a relaxed and comfortable situation that is difficult to obtain from less specialized and higher volume physicians' offices.

Clinical interests include female pelvic health, general gynecology, urinary incontinence, and advanced laparoscopic and robotic surgery for the treatment of uterine fibroids, endometriosis, and pelvic organ prolapse.  She also specializes in offering office-based procedures for the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding and contraception that were traditionally reserved for the operating room.
